We left...the Pactur spacecraft has docked with yours Space Station bringing our technology to your service! The Pactur Connect system is a reality for all new models!!!
What is Pactur Connect? It's a smartphone app that keeps you connected to the Pactur world and allows you to periodically receive articles regarding your machine with all the advice that our staff can give you to make the best use of it and increase its longevity. The Customer will have access to the updated manuals and checks to be carried out in the App to always have the machine working 100%. At the same time, for automatic machines, remote assistance can also be supported with the dedicated Easy Access 2.0 App.
Easy Access 2.0 is an additional element of assistance for all those automatic machines equipped with PLC and touch screen and can be really useful for accessing your machine remotely and unlocking it or modifying settings and usage parameters. I never want to replace direct verbal contact with myself and my technicians, but it must be a means of restarting the packaging machine in a very short time if the problem is software or configuration. If the problem is a mechanical failure then we will send our technicians wherever you are.
Let's now see a possible scenario of an automatic machine that breaks down and what is the best and fastest approach to the problem using remote assistance.

Here is the operating diagram of the Easy Connect 2.0 system and alongside the App for IOS and Android to connect the smartphone to the machine. Just a little more patience and we will be able to avoid you having to say “HOUSTON, WE HAVE A PROBLEM” but if it were necessary then “HOUSTON” could intervene remotely!!!!
